Hermus de beterraba 🥣😍 Ingredientes: 2 colheres de sopa de Yorgus Grego Natural 0%; 2 beterrabas médias; 2 xícaras de grão-de bico-cozido; 2 colheres de sopa de tahine; Suco de 1/2 limão; 3 dentes de alho; 2 ramos de tomilho fresco; 2 colheres de sopa de azeite; Sal marinho; Pimenta-preta moída na hora; Castanhas para finalizar. Modo de preparo: Preaqueça o forno a 180° e coloque uma folha de papel vegetal em uma assadeira. Descasque e corte as beterrabas em pedaços médios, distribua na assadeira e regue com azeite e vinagre balsâmico. Acrescente os alhos descascados e ligeiramente esmagados e o tomilho, temperando com um pouco de sal e pimenta. Cubra a assadeira com papel alumínio e leve ao forno por 30 a 45 minutos. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar um pouco. Retire o tomilho e transfira as beterrabas para um processador junto com o molho do assado. Acrescente o grão-de-bico, Yorgus, tahine, suco de limão e um fio de azeite e processe até obter um creme grosso.
